This was my Grandad Morris Leiter. He died at age 42, so I never got to meet him. He stood 6ft 5in tall and played the fiddle. This one picture and his short life he inspired 4 generations of family members to play music (mostly traditional country music)
He was inducted into the Michigan Country Music Hall of Fame a few years back as a “Pioneer” for country music.
